We invite you to try our variety of classes to explore what works best for your personal practice. Our studio offers small classes with a restorative environment. We encourage you to reserve your space at least 48 hours in advance to secure your practice time. We want you to experience what our studio has to offer and make sure our practice style is right for you.

Yoga and Thai Yoga Workshops (weekend workshop) | Instructor: Gabriel Azoulay
Level: All Levels | September 24. 25, 26
Join Gabriel Azoulay, master Yoga teacher and Thai Massage educator on a truly transforming weekend as he shares both practices and knowledge on the importance of our connective tissue, the impact of yoga practice to the health of the body, and the magic of connecting to another.
September 24th
Friday 6 – 9pm – Yin Yoga – what is the connective tissues of the body, their importance, and how they are the conductivity for all life energy in us.
September 25th
Saturday 10-1pm – Power Vinyasa – for beginners and all levels – feel how the freedom of Yin has enriched the body for an incredible muscular flow. How does yoga enhance the nervous system by tapping into breath related sequence? The function of the hips and the relationship between muscles and bones will be explored.
Saturday 2 – 5pm – Thai Yoga – connect with another – while one person is active and the other is responsive, both people experience therapy. A perfect Yin-Yang relationship you will learn the history, concepts and magic behind this ancient yoga practice for two people.
September 26th
Sunday 10 -1pm – The beauty of Backbends – learn an ancient secret practice to enhance your spine. We will explore all the concepts that we have touched all weekend and bring together a unique approach to understating the most important aspect of our body – the spine, while weaving a practice gabriel has learned in Mysore, India to improve all aspects of your mind-body relationship.

Sunday
Chair Yoga (monthly workshop) | Instructor: Barbe
1:00 – 3:00 PM | September 12, October 17, November 21
Level: All Levels | Cost: $30 or $25 if you bring a friend.
Description: This series will take the student through breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as full yoga practices, including warm-ups, postures and savasana/final relaxation. Modifications will be taught and the use of props will be demonstrated and encouraged.
Benefits: Benefits of practicing chair yoga include increased flexibility, joint range and mobility, muscular strength and endurance, balance and coordination, improved breathing and enhanced relaxation.
Notes: Wear comfortable clothes and bring water to hydrate.
