Chakra Balancing- Chakra means “wheel” or “disc”, and the body has seven main “wheels” that play an integral part in your physical, mental, and spiritual health. Often, the chakras are not “turning” as they should with the body, and this misalignment interferes with the quality of one’s life. We’ll help get your chakras in balance through deep breathing, movement, sound, color, food, and other tools.
Energy Therapy- Believe it or not, every single thing is energy, and humans tend to carry a lot of stuck energy in the body. We can help you clear stuck energy out of your body by focusing on deeper breathing blended with movement, affirmations, food choices, examining your thought patterns, habits and such. Think an energy tune-up of your body!
Healing Arts- We aim to restore and heal negative emotions and thinking patterns, promoting positive energy for your day-to-day life’s journey. When you give yourself permission to heal from patterns of negative emotion, you give yourself an opportunity for joy, health and harmony. It’s an “art” to the process, and we’ll reveal it to you.
Thai Yoga Massage Therapy – Thai Yoga is an ancient healing system dating back over 2,500 years ago, with its roots in Ayurvedic medicine. This form of bodywork is usually performed on the floor, and involves stretching and deep massage. These techniques are combined with therapeutic stretching, joint mobilization and assisted yoga postures to create a full body treatment that leaves the recipient with an invaluable feeling of relaxation and tranquility. Reiki Therapy- Health Care professionals and other healers have begun incorporating Reiki in healing programs that treat a wide variety of illnesses and pain management. This ancient gentle hands-on approach, a simple laying of hands along key energy centers of the body, is known to help people reduce or completely do away with medications. Reiki can also reduce the time of recovery from surgery and other procedures.
Yoga Nidra- An amazing “nap-like” experience in an ancient form of meditation that takes you into the deepest level of relaxation while still remaining fully aware. Through the practice of the Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra, you can promote the healing of disease, lower blood pressure, reduce stress, boost the immune system, slow the aging process and so much more.
Yoga Therapy- An integrative approach to healing via yoga! Think physical therapy to all parts of the body (not just one area) with mind and spirit tools added. We address your aches and injuries by utilizing a full-body approach as not to overwork one area of the body while under working the other. Yoga Therapy offers a balanced approach to healing.
Counseling Sessions:
Holistic Consultation (adults and children)- Our goal is to assist you in finding the original cause of the disease you are facing. Then, we offer practical skills that help guide the body to establish its own state of good health. We provide a holistic pathway — a mind, body and spirit approach — for promoting healing from childhood fears and anxieties, panic attacks, fibromyalgia support, anger and resentment, worry and fear, guilt, non-medicated ADD, depression and more.
Life Coaching- It makes sense that if athletes need coaches for higher performance, others would need life coaches for the same reason during life’s twists and turns. We’ll give you the tips and support you need to make your life’s journey all it can be! See it, Believe it, Live it, Be it!
Living/Raw-Vegan Food Counseling- The enzymes retained in uncooked raw-vegan food, such as fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds, are necessary for deeper levels of nourishment and healing to take place within the body. Foods of this nature assist with reducing the appearance of aging because of the way the body uses the natural enzymes in these foods for digestion and healing as opposed to pulling from and depleting the enzymes already stored in the body. Our consultations come with tasty recipes and demonstrations.
Nutrition Counseling- These days, nutrition comes “packaged” in so many different forms, but in all of them, there is a key tool for producing greater results. We’ll reveal that to you while taking inventory of your daily nutritional habits and uncovering what will serve you best, nutrition-wise, on your life’s journey.
Stress Management (4 week program)- We offer a variety of tools for managing stress. Consult with us about the options and we’ll create a stress-management plan that’s ideal for your body, mind, and spirit. Each week will build on the previous week as you pace yourself through your new stress-management tools.
Wellness Plan- Need help maneuvering through the many wellness puzzle pieces of life? We’ll help take the confusion out of wellness and create a plan that’s right for you by pulling from the variety of wellness services we offer. This “plan” is all about you!
