Working individually with your instructor as a new or experienced student, you will have the opportunity after each class to chat with your yoga teacher about the areas you’d like to spend more class time exploring.
These areas could include breathing techniques, strengthening, deeper relaxation, and more. All private classes can be fully tailored to meet your specific needs. Your private time with us is all about you!
Semi-Private Classes
Private classes do not have to mean one-on-one classes only. Perhaps you’d prefer private classes in a small group setting with a couple of family members, friends or co-workers.
Even in a semi-private class at Life’s Journey Yoga & Wellness, you’ll get the same benefits mentioned above for our one-on-one classes done in one of our two sacred studios.
