Sandy is trained in the Amrit Yoga Method – the Posture of Consciousness, Levels I and II. This type of yoga combines asanas (postures) followed by deep stillness, and there is an inward focus and meditative awareness that enable you to extend your practice into subtle, unconscious stress patterns held not only in the physical body but also in the mental and emotional bodies. “Using this method of yoga, one can reconnect with the restorative, regenerative healing forces dormant within themself to transform their life and their way of being in it,” Sandy explains. As a certified facilitator in the Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra, Sandy also offers her students an amazing experience in an ancient form of meditation that takes the practitioner into the deepest level of relaxation while still remaining fully aware. Continuous study directly under yoga master, Gurudev Shri Amritji, the founder of Amrit Yoga, has given Sandy the rare opportunity and training to deepen her own journey and bring these teachings forward to all of her students.Combining her yoga training and practices with her work as a Certified Integrative Life Coach has given Sandy many overlapping skills to guide her students to the place of complete wellness in every area of their life. With the training from The Ford Institute of Integrative Coaching in Spiritual Divorce Coaching, Essentials Skills Coaching, and Blueprint Shadow Coaching, Sandy is well equipped to provide the guidance needed to bring you to your natural state of complete wholeness and peace.
